Benefits Package

Directions Credit Union is proud to offer a comprehensive benefit package to all full and part-time employees.

Our benefit package for full time employees includes Health, Life and Long Term Disability insurance, and an optional Dental program, with eligibility commencing on the first of the month after the employee’s date of hire.

Directions Credit Union also offers paid Vacations, Holidays and Sick days.

We also offer Flexible Spending Accounts to allow our employees to use pre-tax dollars to help purchase qualifying dependent care, medical, dental or vision services that would normally be purchase with after-tax dollars and are not reimbursed by group health plans.

Our 401(k) Retirement Plan is available to eligible employees after the completion of 6 months of service

An Employee Assistance Program with Harbor Behavioral Healthcare is provided at no charge.
